Hello and thank you so much for choosing to use my designs to help and inspire your own creative ideas! Art and drawing has always been a huge passion of mine and I feel super blessed to be able to share it with you all whilst supporting my family.

All of SLA Clipart designs, backgrounds, clipart, graphics, photographs, and patterns found on TeachersPayTeachers.com are created by and remain the sole property of © Samantha Anderson. Please read the following terms carefully before buying. If you are unable to find an answer to any question you may have and is not listed below, then please feel free to email me at SamanthaAndersonArtist@gmail.com. Make sure to check this page periodically for any updates or changes. Redistributing, editing, selling, claiming as your own, or posting these graphics or any part thereof (by themselves and not in a resource or product) on the internet is strictly prohibited.

PERSONAL/EDUCATIONAL USE

SLA Clip art graphics created by Samantha Anderson may be used for personal and classroom use. Anything created using these graphics under the personal use terms may not be distributed, sold, shared, or posted online {websites, blogs, or social media accounts}. 

YOU MAY: Create printables, cards, wall art, and anything else that will be used by you for your own personal use. 

YOU MAY NOT: Distribute, share, or sell the images as is or claim them as your own.

EDUCATIONAL COMMERCIAL USE TERMS

You can use SLA Clipart graphics to create digital education resources {free or paid}. The files must be a flattened JPEG or PNG image and/or secured PDF file using the password encryption tool to protect my designs and your investment in my artwork. These designs may be used in educational materials posted for free or for sale in secured digital files from your blog, website, Teachers Pay Teachers shop, Teachers Notebook, etc. Please do not distribute, sell or share the graphics among other teachers or through your district. Each set includes a single user license. A single user license allows you, the buyer, to use the graphics in digital resources and/or products you create. Friends, co-workers and family need to purchase a separate license to use the graphics.

Graphics may be used in secured digital products you sell as long as the graphics are not the sole focus of the product. SLA Clipart graphics may NOT be used to create new clipart, frames, borders, digital papers/patterns, fonts, or graphics of any kind. The graphics are meant to complement your own creations. {TIP} If all of the graphics are removed from your product, you should still have a substantial resource that can be used and sold. 

Credit in the form of a link back to my TOU form is REQUIRED for all digital files that will be made available to the public {in person or on the web} for free and/or sold for profit. ACCEPTABLE USE:

  • Educational worksheets, lessons, center activities, classroom forms, certificates, and other printable pages included in a specific lesson, unit, or lesson series. 

  • You may only use the images in coloring pages only when they are part of a larger body of work, which includes your own ideas and words. It is not permitted to create coloring page products. 

  • Color-by-number/problem or code are allowed so long as there is a clear educational component added to the top of the images, so they are not isolated graphics. 

  • Flashcards, bingo, classroom decor and printables that are part of a specific lesson or unit.

  • TpT or other online shop banners, or social media cover images for personal use and not for sale. Credit is required on your profile page or on an about me page in the form of a small link back to my shop.

  • Promotional sale banners and/or blog linky buttons

  • Workshop or education training materials. Images must be flattened as one solid JPEG or png image if used in a PowerPoint presentation that will be distributed

  • Using image color filters in PowerPoint and/or Word to change the color of the image(s) is permitted. You must still flatten and/or secure the images in a password protected PDF file in the final product. 

  • You MAY use patterns as background layers to color fonts or frames within an education product. 

  • Please DO feel free to link or share any free or paid graphics sets by linking a preview to my blog or shop.

NOT PERMITTED:

  • Coloring books, pages or large flashcards or displays using nothing but graphics is not permitted. 

  • Printable borders, classroom decor, pencil toppers, stickers, or other materials without educational content included.

  • Printable graphic crafts or puppets. gift tags, teacher stationary or other products where the graphics are the primary component. 

  • Printable stationary or writing templates that are not part of a lesson.

  • Graphic design products for sale {t-shirts, buttons, stationary, etc.} on shops like Etsy and Zazzle. 

  • Altering images or selling them as your own is not permitted at any time, ever.

  • You may not use patterns as fill layers for clipart or fonts you sell. 

  • You may NOT post free graphics to download from your blog or website at any time. Do NOT use images in blog posts as isolated images. The images must be layered and flattened with other elements before posting them in a blog post.

GRAPHIC DESIGN PRODUCTS

SLA Clipart graphics are NOT to be used in graphic design products (t-shirts, clothing, collage sheets, sticker sheets, editable templates, embroidery patterns, rubber stamps, posters, ets) on Etsy, Zazzle, VistaPrint ProAdvantage, Creative Market, Behance, DeviantArt, and/or similar websites. If interested in designing products such as these for sale using SLA Clipart graphics, please email me and we can discuss it further.

PERSONAL BLOG/WEB USE

SLA Clipart graphics may be used in your own personal blog design, but may NOT be used for commercial blog/web design services. The graphics used must be secured and flattened with other elements within the personal blog/web design. You MUST include credit to SLA Clipart by Samantha Anderson by placing my button/logo and link visibly on the blog. Graphics may NOT be uploaded and displayed as single images in blog posts. This allows visitors to steal the images from your posts. Please do not place my images in your blog posts.
